SHIPPING POLICIES

Tierny Tassler Skincare cannot be held responsible for long shipping delays, and undelivered or lost/stolen orders.

This means we will no longer send out duplicate shipments without additional payment if any of these shipping issues occur.

We suggest choosing UPS for the safest, fastest delivery possible.

The USPS website says claims may be filed with the USPS after 15 days from the ship date. We will not be able to file a claim on your behalf.

Orders are always processed and shipped in the order they are received.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS
FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.
ONCE IT SHIPS, IT WILL TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE.
