SHIPPING POLICIES

•  Tierny Tassler Skincare cannot be responsible for shipping delays, and undelivered or lost/stolen/damaged orders.
• We suggest choosing UPS for the safest, fastest delivery possible.
• However whatever you method you choose, we are no longer able to send out duplicate shipments without additional payment if any of these shipping issues occur.
• The USPS web site says claims may be filed with the USPS after 15 days from the ship date. We will not be able to file a claim on your behalf.
• Orders are always processed and shipped in the order they are received. 
• PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.

Hours of Operation:
Business hours are Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., or by appointment, with the exception of the holidays. If you would like to set up an appointment outside of normal business hours, please email or call us.

Due to the demands of the business, she will not be able to answer extensive questions through texting any longer. Emailing is the best way to contact us. In addition, we can set up an appointment for a consultation. Consultations can be done by phone or in person. Please see consultation fees below. 

Processing Orders:
Orders will be processed and filled in the order they are received. 

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3  BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND FILLED. 

If paying by check or cash you will receive a text when your order is ready for pickup.


First-Time Consultation Fee: $30.00
This is a one hour consultation in which Tierny reviews the products and regimen you are currently using and also includes:
- Skin analysis
- Product recommendations
- Personalized at home skin care program
- Proper care of the skin and product usage
- Time for any questions or concerns you may have. This consultation can be done over the phone if you live out of town.


Additional Consulting Fees for Established Clients: $15.00 for ½ hour or less, $30.00 for 1 Hour.
Consulting by email or phone may result in a consultation fee. 
This includes but is not limited to:
- Appointments to have your skin examined 
- Blemish/blackhead extraction.
- Changes to your products or skincare routine.
- Questions and advice on skin problems (for example blemishes, mole check, hyper-pigmentation, rosacea, eczema/psoriasis etc.).
- Advice on make-up products, hair products or any products not currently carried by Tierny Tassler Skincare.
